: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 1st amendment to agreement dated February 9, 2009, for
c additional award of $820, 786 . 43 to assist eligible residents
whose homes were damaged following the disasters of 2008 , by and
between the Iowa Finance Authority and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2009 .
