• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated February 9,
2009, in the amount of $300 . 00, in conjunction with settlement of
violation of tobacco laws, by and between All Stop Convenience,
2424 Ranchero Road, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
