'that the Acknowledgement/Settlement Agreement dated February 9,
(-' 2009, in the amount of $300 . 00 , in conjunction with settlement of
c -violation of tobacco laws, by and between Guppy' s On The Go, 1615
°' Bishop Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
-and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
