t, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• Eh-at the Professional Services Agreement dated February 9, 2009,
_a cost not to exceed $10 , 000 . 00 , to provide Design Services
fo.r a Waterloo Anew Brochure, by and between Vandewalle &
Associates of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2009 .
