s BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that payment of $22, 500 . 00 to The CBE Group, Inc .
• for creation of the new City of Waterloo Website, be and the same
hereby approved, and that Mayor Tim Hurley be authorized to use
c left over funds from the salary gap closure raises authorized in
the FYE09 Budget .
