C T. c WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
zervjces Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
oo^m_ of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
2Q09-- Riverfront Stadium Locker Room Renovation - Phases I and
YT,, H in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and s . C- WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
sloe&ifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
botsidered the same .
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
.ereby preliminarily approved.
