BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, for the F.Y.
2009 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 754 , in the City of
°' Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
tlie Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk as of the 16th day of

faithful performance of said contract signed by North American
