os ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the five-year Lease Agreement dated February 16, 2009, for
-1i- se of the Waterloo Riverfront Stadium at a cost of $1, 250 . 00

Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
L approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
