(A 7 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the application dated February 16, 2009, for Community
4evelopment Block Grant (CDBG) Funds for Infrastructure for
'- Dt aster Recovery, in the amount of $2 . 5 million, to be used for
G- the Blowers Creek Pump Station, by and between Iowa Department of
Economic Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
sate is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2Q09 .
