CROSSINGS, CONTRACT NO. 747 .

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Erifleer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
c contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the F.Y.
2OQ Permanent Closure of Black Hawk Creek Railroad Crossings,
c r.tract No. 747, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the:-specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
7-7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day February, 2009 .
