WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Begg-ices Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
aoctnent, form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1)
2009' John Deere 3720 Utility Tractor With Attachments, in the
—+ City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

lc WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th days Feeruary, 2009 .
