gEGtT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p .m. on the 2nd day of March, 2009, for
t - purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
zpec:i£iations, bid document, form of contract, etc . for the
Purc-h se of One (1) 2009 John Deere 3720 Utility Tractor With
Atta-cmeats, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefote.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
