AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ALONG THE EASTERLY
SIDE OF WEST FOURTEENTH STREET BETWEEN JEFFERSON AND
BLUFF STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk:
The sidewalk adjoining the northwesterly side of Lots 5 and
6, Block 1, Hayes Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
