AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 34 TO SECTION 2A -7N, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 33, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Thirty-four (34).
"34.
Lot 24, Block 3, Ricker & Bratnober Land Company Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Family Residence District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning as above
described subject to the condition that three gravel surfaced
parking spaces be provided off the hard -surfaced alley to the
west."
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
