AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 232, LITTER CONTROL, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY
REPEALING SECTION 232-19, RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND
AGENTS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 232-
19, RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND AGENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 232-19, Responsibility of Owners and Agents, of
Chapter 232, Litter Control, of the Code of Ordinances of the. City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Section 232-19, Responsibility of Owners and Agents, of Chapter
232, Litter Control, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
Sec. 232-19. Responsibility of owners and agents.
The owners, agents, tenants, or lessees of all residential
units and commercial establishments shall be responsible for
compliance with this chapter.
