ORDINANCE NO. 3854
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY ADDING
SUBSECTIONS (3a) ALTA VISTA AVENUE, (4a) ARIZONA STREET,
(19a) GLENWOOD STREET, (21a) HIGHLAND BOULEVARD, (35a)
MOHAWK STREET, (43a) PROSPECT AVENUE, (49a) STEELY
STREET, AND (49b) VINE STREET TO SUBSECTION 2 OF SECTION
574, TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
That Subsections (3a) Alta Vista Avenue, (4a) Arizona Street,
(19a) Glenwood Street, (21a) Highland Boulevard, (35a) Mohawk
Street, (43a) Prospect Avenue, (49a) Steely Street, and (49b) Vine
Street are hereby added to Subsection 2 of Section 574, Truck
Traffic Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, as
follows:
