ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 37 TO SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 36, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Thirty-seven (37).
"37.
The East 50 feet of Lot 1, except the North 90 feet thereof,
in Meadowdale Second Filing, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning District, as
above described", subject to the following conditions:
1. Restrict the future use of the property to the current
art gallery or a less intensive commercial use.
Six (6) foot solid screening of the parking lot from the
residence to the west, and of the westerly 20 feet of the
parking lot from the residence to the north.
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
