AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE REMAINING PORTION OF BLUFF
STREET BETWEEN WEST EIGHTH AND WEST NINTH STREETS, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
That part of Bluff Street located between a line 200 feet
southeasterly of and parallel to the southeasterly line of
West Eighth Street and the northwesterly line of West Ninth
Street, and between the northeasterly line of the Iowa
Northern Railroad and the northeasterly line of Bluff Street,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
