AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
DELETING SECTION 564 (10), TWO HOUR PARKING;
AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION
566A, THREE HOUR PARKING - BETWEEN 8:00 A.M.
AND 5:00 P.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 564 (10), Two Hour Parking, of the 1991 Traffic
Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same hereby repealed
in its entirety; that the following new Subsection 566A, Three Hour
Parking - Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., of the 1991 Traffic Code
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:

SECTION 566A. THREE HOUR PARKING - BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. AND 5:00
When signs are enacted giving notice, no person shall park a
vehicle longer than three hours at any time between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the following location:
1. Waterloo Recreation & Arts That area of the parking
Center Parking Lot lot lying northeast of
Cedar Street and between
Cedar Street and Plaza
Drive, also known as
"Parking Area #2".
