AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SECTION 91, RIDING BICYCLE IN SIDEWALK IN BUSINESS
DISTRICT; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 91,
RIDING BICYCLE ON SIDEWALK IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 91,. Riding Bicycle in Sidewalk in Business
District, of the 1991 Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Section 91, Riding
Bicycle on Sidewalk in Business District, of the 1991 Traffic Code
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
SEC. 91. RIDING BICYCLE ON SIDEWALK IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
No person shall ride a bicycle on the sidewalk within the
business district except on -duty police officers.
