aN ORDINANCE VACATING SIDEWALK GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
THE EAST SIDE OF WEST TENTH STREET, NORTH OF COMMERCIAL
STREET, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described sidewalk:
The 140 feet of sidewalk adjoining the west side of Lot 5 and
the southwesterly 30 feet of Lot 4, Auditor Francis Baker
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same
is hereby vacated.
