AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
WEST SIXTH AND WEST SEVENTH STREETS, NORTH OF COMMERCIAL
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 20 foot alley southwesterly of and adjacent to Fractional
Block 7, Original Plat of Waterloo on the west side of the
Cedar River in even width from the southeasterly line of West
Sixth Street to the northwesterly line of West Seventh Street,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easement over, under, and above the described parcel.
