AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY ADDING A
NEW SECTION 571A, NO PARKING 11:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Section 571A, No Parking 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., is
hereby added to the 1991 Traffic Code of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as follows:
SEC. 571A. NO PARKING 11:00 P.M. TO 5:00 A.M.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of
11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any day within the district and upon
any of the streets or portions thereof as named herein:
(1) Ankeny Street West side in the 200 block
(2) Fourth Street (E) West side in the 1300 and 1400
blocks
(3) Webster Street South side in the 00 block
