RESOLUTION NO. 2015-974
RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DARYL AND JULIE BARD FOR
$110 . 94 LOCATED AT 1441 EAST SHAULIS ROAD, IN
RELATION TO THE EAST SHAULIS ROAD
RECREATIONAL TRAIL EXTENSION FROM HIGHWAY 21,
EASTWARD TO ISLE OF CAPRI BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement pertains to the
East Shaulis Road Recreational Trail Extension from Highway 21
Eastward to the Isle of Capri Boulevard, for the recreational
trail extension, and
WHEREAS, the City of 'Waterloo, ' Iowa shall* accept certain
temporary construction easements in conjunction -with the East
Shaulis Road Recreational Trail Extension, from Daryl and Julie
Bard for $110 . 94 located at 1441 East Shaulis Road, and,
WHEREAS, State Recreational Trails Grant and Transportation
Alternatives Program funds will be utilized to cover the cost of
the easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the temporary easement agreements with
Daryl and Julie Bard, in conjunction with the East Shaulis Road
Recreational Trail Extension from Highway 21 Eastward to the Isle
of' Capri Boulevard are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of December 2015 .
