AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE SIDEWALK GENERALLY
LOCATED ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF MULLAN AVENUE, NORTH
OF COMMERCIAL STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The sidewalk adjoining the northwesterly side of Lot No. 5,
Block 10, Original Plat on the West Side of the Cedar River,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
