AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF WYOMING STREET, JUST NORTH OF
LAFAYETTE STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The sidewalk adjoining the northwesterly side of Lot No. 16,
Block 15, Blower's Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
