AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF STREET LOCATED
BETWEEN WEST ELEVENTH AND WEST TWELFTH STREETS IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of Bluff Street located between the southeasterly
line of West Eleventh Street, and the northwesterly line of
West Twelfth Street, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of a permanent railroad and utility easement over, under, and above
the above described parcel.
