AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF STREET LOCATED
BETWEEN WEST TENTH AND WEST ELEVENTH STREETS IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of Bluff Street located between the southeasterly
line of West Tenth Street and the northwesterly line of West
Eleventh Street, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of a permanent railroad easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel.
