AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EIGHT (8) FOOT PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 938 SHULTZ STREET IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The westerly eight (8) feet of Lot 7, Major Orr's Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
