AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY AT
1142 BYRON AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
follows:
The sidewalk adjoining the northerly side of Lot 2, Block 4,
Glenny-Logan Park Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
