RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR
WORK PERFORMED BY MIDWEST CONCRETE, INC. ,
OF PEOSTA, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$214, 893. 61 FOR THE F.Y. 2016 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM . - ZONE 5, CONTRACT NO.
892 .
WHEREAS, Midwest Construction of Peosta, Iowa performed work
on the F.Y. 2016 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 5,
Contract No. 892, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Midwest Construction has completed the
aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans and
specifications .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of
acceptance of work are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of December 2015 .
