AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST -WEST ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTH OF WILLISTON AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET
EAST OF WEST FOURTH STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 20, foot alley bounded on the north by Lot 6
Place Replat and on the south by Lots 12, 13
Woodbine Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is
hereby vacated.
