AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE 20 FOOT WIDE ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTHWESTERLY OF WEST FOURTH STREET, BETWEEN
WELLINGTON AND ALLEN STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The 20 foot wide alley bounded on the northeast by Lots 1, 2
and 3 and on the southwest by Lot 8, all in Jenney &
Sedgwick's Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of a permanent utility easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel.
