AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJOINING PROPERTY AT
325 WEST THIRTEENTH STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO-, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The sidewalk adjoining the northwesterly 46 feet of Lot 6,
Block 56, Anthony Bakers Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
