AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2997, SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE, OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION 2.2(1)(a) OF SECTION 2.2,
PRELIMINARY PLAT, OF SECTION 2, SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
PROCEDURE AND APPROVAL PROCESS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION 2.2(1)(a) OF SECTION 2.2,
PRELIMINARY PLAT, OF SECTION 2, SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
PROCEDURE AND APPROVAL PROCESS;
AND REPEALING 2.3(1)(a) OF SECTION 2.3, FINAL SUBDIVISION
PLATS, OF SECTION 2, SUBDIVISION APPLICATION PROCEDURE
AND APPROVAL PROCESS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION 2.3(1)(a) OF SECTION 2.3, FINAL SUBDIVISION
PLATS, OF SECTION 2, SUBDIVISION APPLICATION PROCEDURE
AND APPROVAL PROCESS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection 2.2(1)(a) of Section 2.2, Preliminary Plat, of
Section 2, Subdivision Application Procedure and Approval Process,
of Ordinance No. 2997, Subdivision Ordinance, of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection 2.2(1)(a) of Section 2.2, Preliminary Plat, of Section
2, Subdivision Application Procedure and Approval Process, of
Ordinance No. 2997, Subdivision Ordinance, of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(a) be made at the office of the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission together with a fee of
one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus ten dollars ($10.00)
per lot.
That Subsection 2.3(1)(a) of Section 2.3, Final Subdivision
Plats, of Section 2, Subdivision Application Procedure and Approval
Process, of Ordinance No. 2997, Subdivision Ordinance, of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection 2.3(1)(a) of Section 2.3, Final Subdivision Plats, of
Section 2, Subdivision Application Procedure and Approval Process,
of Ordinance No. 2997, Subdivision Ordinance, of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(a) be made at the office of the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission together with a fee of
fifty dollars ($50.00) plus the costs of recording.
