ORDINANCE NO. 3893
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1988 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 14-65,
REFERENCE MATERIALS, OF ARTICLE III, FIRE PREVENTION
INSPECTIONS, OF CHAPTER 14, FIRE PREVENTION AND
PROTECTION; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
14-65, REFERENCE MATERIALS, OF ARTICLE III, FIRE
PREVENTION INSPECTIONS, OF CHAPTER 14, FIRE PREVENTION
AND PROTECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CLTY OF WATERLOO,
That Subsection 14-65, Reference Materials, of Article III,
Fire Prevention Inspections, of Chapter 14, Fire Prevention and
Protection, of the 1988 Code of Ordinances of the City of Waterloo,
is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection 14-65,
Reference Materials, of Article III, Fire Prevention Inspections,
of Chapter 14, Fire Prevention and Protection, of the 1988 Code of
Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereofas follows:
SEC. 14-65. REFERENCE. MATERIALS
Duplication fees per copy shall be established by Resolution
of the City Council.
