AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (74) WESTFIELD AVENUE OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS, IN ITS ENTIRETY; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (74)
WESTFIELD AVENUE OF SECTION 541, INCREASING
SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS;
REPEALING SUBSECTION (2) JEFFERSON ST. OF
SECTION 567, FOUR HOUR PARKING, IN ITS
ENTIRETY;
AND BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (183) JEFFERSON
ST. OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (183) JEFFERSON ST.
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (74) Westfield Avenue of Section 541,
Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1991 Traffic Code,
is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (74)
Westfield Avenue of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain
Areas, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof
as follows:
(74) Westfield Avenue -
from Jefferson Street to Fletcher Avenue
from Fletcher Avenue to West Conger Street
30 mph
35 mph
That Subsection (2) Jefferson St. of Section 567, Four Hour
Parking, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
That Subsection (183) Jefferson St. of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(183) Jefferson St. of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times
on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
