AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PORTION OF THE 25
FOOT PLATTED BUILDING LINE GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF 1809 COACHMAN DRIVE
OCCUPIED BY AN EXISTING 24' X 24' GARAGE IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted building line:
That part of the 25 foot platted building line on the easterly
side of Lot 83, Carriage Hill Second Addition, Waterloo, that
is occupied by the 24' x 24' garage shown on a plat of survey
dated September 15, 1992, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
