AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 60 FOOT PLATTED
BUILDING LINE TO 20 FEET FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
PROGRESS AVENUE AND CROSSWAY DRIVE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The platted building line on the south side of Lots W-11 and
W-12 of Cedarloo Park, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby reduced from 60 feet
