AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE REMAINING PORTION OF
STREET RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED ALONG ALEXANDRA
CIRCLE, SOUTH OF SOUTHTOWN DRIVE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
A parcel of land located in Southtown, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 9; thence N.
89°26'30" E. along the South R -O -W line of Southtown Drive a
distance of 60.00 feet; thence S. 00"00'00" E. a distance of
300.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along a non -tangent curve
concave Northwesterly having a radius of 60.00 feet and having
a chord bearing S. 44°43'15" W. an arc distance of 94.83 feet
to the West line of said Lot 9; thence N. 00°00'00" W. along
said West line a distance of 360.00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing approximately 18,706.8 sq. ft., all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The South R -O -W line of Southtown Drive is assumed to bear N.
89°26'30" E,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an utility easement over, under, and above the above described
parcel.
