ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 40 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 39, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Forty (40).
"40.
Beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 27, Triangle
Terrace, Waterloo, Iowa, which point is 240 feet North of the
Northeast corner of Lot 26, thence North 120 feet; thence West
181.5 feet; thence South 120 feet; thence East 181.5 feet to
the point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "U-1"
Unclassified District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning District, as above described",
subject to the following conditions:
1. Hard surfacing of the existing gravel driveway.
2. Require that the new addition meet commercial building
code regulations.
3. Restrict the future use of the property to the current
residence and taxidermy shop.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
