AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC
CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (251)
MIDWAY DRIVE OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND BY ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
A NEW SUBSECTION (251) MIDWAY DRIVE OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (251) Midway Drive of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(251) Midway Drive of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all Times
on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
(251) Midway Drive
East side from 100 feet south of Richland
Avenue to Cadillac Drive; westerly side
from University Avenue to Progress Avenue
