ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 41 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 40, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Forty-one (41).
"41.
The South 187' of the North 796' of the West 214' of the NW
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 88, Range 13, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R -i" One
and Two Family Residence District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning, as
above described, subject to restricting the future use of the
property to the current farm residence and band instrument repair
business and according with the site plan."
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
