ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 42 TO
SECTION 2A -7N, CONDITIONAL REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 41, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Forty-two (42).
"42.
Lots 2, 3, and 4 of Ken's Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-2" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial
District/"C-Z" Conditional Zoning, as above described", subject to
the following conditions:
1. Solid screening of the fence on the east and west sides
of the storage and loading areas.
2. No storage outside of the fenced -in area.
3. Maintain a solid screen of brush and trees along the
north side of the property.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
