RESOLUTION NO. 2019-569
RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM DARRELL CALDWELL, SR.,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH A BIRTHDAY PARTY
SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 18, 2019 FROM 10:00 A.M. TO
10:00 P.M. IN THE 200 BLOCK OF OLIVER STREET, WITH
THE USE OF A PA SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Darrell Caldwell, Sr. is requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on
August 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to be held in the 200 block of Oliver Street, in
conjunction with a birthday party, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Darrell Caldwell, Sr. for a variance to Ordinance No.
3094,Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with a birthday Party to be held in the 200 block of Oliver
Street, August 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
