RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING" ON PRELIMINARY BID DOCUMENTS,
SPECIFICATIONS, . FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SET OF MOBILE LIFTS
TO SUPPFORT VEHICLE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS IN
THE CENTRAL GARAGE, AS DECEMBER 21, 2015, AT
5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE
TAKING ! OF BIDS ON DECEMBER 17, 2015, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF- HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS: "

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 21St day of December 2015,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on preliminary bid
documents, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
purchase of one { (1) set of mobile lifts to support vehicle
maintenance operations in the central garage, with the taking of
bids at 1 : 00 p.m. fon December 17, 2015 .

Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier. #
PASSED-AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 2015 .
