RESOLUTION NO. 2019-578
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO PUBLIC LIBRARY
EXTERIOR STAIR RENOVATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2019-577, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Public Library Exterior Stair Renovation Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said program proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
