RESOLUTION NO. 2019-581
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH FRIENDS OF FAITH RETIREMENT HOMES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, TO UTILIZE PORTIONS OF
BONTRAGER PARK, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REDEVELOPMENT OF FRIENDSHIP VILLAGE LOCATED
AT 600 PARK LANE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right-of Entry Agreement dated August 5, 2019, between Friends of Faith Retirement
Homes, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to utilize portions of Bontrager
Park, in conjunction with the redevelopment of Friendship Village located at 600 Park Lane, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
