RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION
ARCHITECTURE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $13,600 WITH A REVISED TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT
OF $68,600, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE KITCHEN
RENOVATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE FIVE
SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement, dated March 14, 2016 between
INVISION Architecture of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$13,600 with a revised total contract amount of $68,600, in conjunction with the Kitchen
Renovation Improvements Project for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
