RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
DESIGN SERVICES WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
BIOSOLIDS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, ORIGINALLY
APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2018, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$38,000, WITH STRAND AND ASSOCIATES OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Design Services Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids
Modification Agreement, originally approved on September 20, 2018, between Strand and
Associates, of Madison Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$38,000, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August 2019.
